WHERE TO USE

To protect fresh concrete from rapid water evaporation caused by wind or sunlight and to reduce serface cracking.

Some application examples

ECOPROCONCRETE SP is especially recommended for protecting concrete structures such as:

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
ECOPRO  CONCRETE SP
is a white water emulsion of special resins which forms and efficient curing film on concrete

​ECOPRO  CONCRETE SP provides reliable proteection against rapid evaporation of water in concrete, whether exposed to direct sunlight or under severre rapid drying conditions caused by wind, low humidity, or highambient or concrete temperatures.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
ECOPRO CONCRETE SP should be applied to the surface of the concrete after bleeding water, if ant, has disappeared. For industrial paving, ECOPRO CONCRETE SP must be applied after the concrete has started to set. For concrete formwork ECOPRO CONCRETE SP must be applied immediately after stripping.

Preparing the product

  • Carefully stir ECOPRO CONCRETE SP before applying.
  • Donot dilute ECOPRO CONCRETE SP.

Applying the product
Apply 
ECOPRO CONCRETE SP in one spray coat with low pressure sprayer, with low pressure sprayer, or roller, in a thin a and even layer.

SAFE INSTRUCTION FOR THE PREPARATION AND INSTALLATION

ECOPRO CONCRETE SP is irritant and may cause allergic reactions to those predisposed. Wear protective gloves and goggles when applying the product. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

4. FIRST-AID MEASURES

INHALATION

  • Move person to fresh air and call for medical addistance immediately.

  • If not breathing, give artificial respiration, if breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Keep at rest.

SKIN CONTACT

  • In case of contact, immediately flush skin with large amounts of water and soap while removing contaminated clothing and shoes.

  • If irritation persists, get medical attention.

EYE CONTACT

  • Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water until irritation subsides.

  • Remove contact lens.

  • Obtain medical attention, preferably by an ophthalmologist, immediately.

INGESTION

  • DO NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by a medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Keep at rest. Get medical attention immediately.

SPECIAL PROTECTIVE ACTIONS FOR FIRE FIGHTERS

  • Wear full protective clothing and NIOSH-approved self-contained breathing apparatus.

  • Use water spray to cool fire-exposed surfaces and to protect personnel. If a lead or spill has not ignited, use water spray to disperse the vapours.

  • If possible, isolate product from heat, electrical equipments, sparks and open flames.

  • Avoid spraying water directly into storage containers.

  • Closed containers may explode when exposed to extreme heat.

  • Avoid spreading burning liquid with water, isolate liquid.
